The Stack

Watch it land.

Six layers, in the order the counter builds them. Keep scrolling.

Layer 01 · Pide

Berlin pide, baked in New York.

The base of everything. Baked by a German baker in New York and shipped in, because Denver pide was not cutting it.

Layer 02 · The Meat

Shaved off the spit.

Beef and lamb in crisped ribbons. Chicken and falafel run the same station, same treatment.

Layer 03 · Salad

Salad goes inside.

Lettuce, red cabbage and carrot, inside the sandwich. That is the Berlin way, not a side salad.

Layer 04 · Tomato and Onion

Cut through the day.

Tomato wedges and red onion slivers for the bite that cuts the richness.

Layer 05 · The Sauce

Garlic, chilli, or both.

White garlic sauce, red chilli sauce, or both together. Both is the house answer.

Layer 06 · The Top

Pressed shut. Built to walk.

The lid lands, the wrap tightens, and it is out the door. Scroll back up to the top of the stack, or build your own below.

Interactive · Build Your Döner

The Box

Das Döner Box

Printed, packed and stacked high: fries, rice or salad under the meat, feta and both sauces over the top. A full meal that travels.

The Gemüse Line

Vegetables get real space

Berlin's Gemüse kebab put grilled vegetables and salad at the center. Ours does the same: the falafel döner and the salad box are main events, not afterthoughts.

Sauce pots, to go

The white garlic and the red chilli, potted at the counter for your fridge. The döner night does not have to end at the hall.

The truck calendar fills weeks out, festival season first. The Berlin List hears the schedule before anyone.

Where it started.

The Pairing Card

The Berliner

pours with a crisp German style lager

Rich shaved meat, cold salad, garlic and heat. A clean, bitter lager cuts all of it and resets the bite. Ask for the card at our counter, then order the pour at the bar.

We built the match. The bar pours it.

At the Bar · How the Hall Works

One hall, one license, zero confusion.

Avanti runs the whole hall under its own liquor license. The stalls, including ours, do not pour, and we will not pretend otherwise. So we did the part we can do: built the pairing. The card at our counter names the pour, and Avanti's bar, a few steps away, serves it.

When Christkindl season opens, the card turns seasonal: a Glühwein at the bar, a döner in hand, the market outside. That market is where this brand was born, and it still feels like home turf.
