Hours in line.
Seconds at the kiosk.
Every night, immigration halls like Tan Son Nhat's fill with foreign arrivals standing in manual queues. The biometric lanes exist. They do not serve these people. TRAVERI is the foreigner lane.
The foreigner lane does not exist
Immigration hall, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City. The travelers in these queues are foreign arrivals. Every fast lane in the building excludes them, so they are processed manually, one by one, late into the night.
VNeID works. For citizens only.
Vietnam's biometric lanes let Vietnamese citizens walk a face-match lane at Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, and Noi Bai. No ID, no boarding pass. Foreigners cannot use any of it.
The incumbent owns the citizen lane.
Vision-Box supplies five airports under the national modernization project. They hold the government relationship. We do not compete with that. We build what their deployment does not cover.
The gap is the foreigner lane.
The thousands in these halls are foreign arrivals. They are processed manually. Add peak surge windows and a system fragile enough that one IT glitch stranded hundreds last August.
The wedge is obvious.
Everything Vietnam built serves citizens. Nobody built the foreigner lane. That is the opening, and it is visible in a single photograph.
TRAVERI: the foreigner lane
Biometric kiosks that clear the line in seconds instead of hours. Built for the travelers the current system leaves standing.
What TRAVERI is
TRAVERI is a biometric travel verification system for national borders. Face, fingerprint, and travel document verified in one instant check at a self-service kiosk. Built for the travelers existing biometric programs exclude: foreign arrivals.
- One instant check.
Face, fingerprint, and document. Verified in seconds, not hours. The manual queue becomes walkthrough lanes.
- Your data never leaves your country.
All biometric data processed and stored on sovereign government infrastructure only. Deployed on-premises. Fully auditable.
- Standards certified.
ICAO Doc 9303 compliant. ISO 30107 liveness certified. The ministry controls the infrastructure.
- Runs on Gov OS.
Identity verification, voice AI, and backend workflow in one package on Biz Dev App infrastructure. One system, not three vendors.
Border identity is the wedge. The platform is XODIAK.
One verified identity, usable across ministries. The border is where the identity gets proven. Everything else a government does with that citizen or visitor plugs into the same verification.
Identity verification through the XODIAK blockchain
Verify once at the border. The identity travels with the traveler, attested on XODIAK, ready for every ministry that needs to check it. No re-verification lines at the next counter.
xodiak.netSovereign compute for sovereign data
Biometric processing stays in-country on infrastructure the ministry controls. ROSE Compute panels turn the airport's own surfaces into the data center that runs the lane.
rosepanel.ioHardened at the edge
xSECURITYx hardens the deployment. edgefxn.com runs the edge functions that keep verification instant even when the wide-area network is not.
edgefxn.comBuilt and run on the Biz Dev App
TRAVERI is one solution on the Biz Dev App platform. The same platform carries the identity, the workflow, and the follow-up for every ministry that adopts it.
The Biz Dev App assistant
The platform has an assistant built into how the work gets done. It helps research, draft, and coordinate across the platform, from a border pilot to the businesses that plug into the same verification. The assistant is powered by Muse, Meta's AI. It is a Biz Dev App feature, and it opens in its own tab.

What is TRAVERI?
TRAVERI is a biometric travel verification system for national borders. Face, fingerprint, and travel document are verified in one instant check at a self-service kiosk. It is built for the travelers existing biometric programs exclude: foreign arrivals.
Who is it for?
National ministries, immigration authorities, and airport operators dealing with high foreign-arrival volumes. Vietnam is the reference case: 15.9 million foreign visitors this year, up 14 percent, with the existing biometric lanes serving citizens only.
Does it replace the existing vendor?
No. Vision-Box supplies five Vietnamese airports under the national modernization project and holds the government relationship. TRAVERI targets the gap their deployment does not cover: the foreigner lane. It complements the citizen lanes. It does not compete with them.
Where does the biometric data go?
Nowhere outside the country. All biometric data is processed and stored on sovereign government infrastructure only. The system deploys on-premises, is fully auditable, and is ICAO Doc 9303 compliant with ISO 30107 liveness certification.
What is the larger play?
Border identity is the wedge. The platform is XODIAK: XODIAK identity verification through the XODIAK blockchain. One verified identity, usable across ministries. It runs on Biz Dev App Gov OS infrastructure, hardened by xSECURITYx, on edgefxn.com edge infrastructure.
